Abstract

This research was completed at PT. PMO (Project Management Office) Pangkalan Kerinci. This study aimed to determine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. PMO Pangkalan Kerinci. The population in this study included all PT employees. PMO totaling 159 people. The sampling technique used a census technique, in which the entire population would be used as a sample. Primary data was obtained from the questionnaire results using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study obtained were: 1) The work environment affects employee performance, 2) Organizational culture affects employee performance, 3) Job satisfaction does not affect employee performance, 4) The work environment affects job satisfaction, 5) Organizational culture affects job satisfaction, 6) The work environment does not affect employee performance through job satisfaction, 7) Organizational culture does not affect employee performance through job satisfaction.
